Congrats on your purchase, isn’t it a great blade!? I personally find black G10 a little ho-hum, but that’s just me, and of course it is a very durable material. Always lots of scale options for customization anyway! Cut up lots of stuff and enjoy it!
My collection so far: 52100 Military (2); 52100 PM2 (2); 52100 Para3; Stretch2 V-Toku; KnifeWorks M4 PM2; BentoBox M390 PM2; BentoBox S90V Military; Police4 K390; S110V PM2; SS Delica AUS-6; Wayne Goddard Sprint VG-10
Wish list: Hundred Pacer; Sliverax; Mantra; 52100 PM2 SE; Kapara

Nice. Can't go wrong with a PM2. I love how the action is perfect right out of the box too. Both of my Manix 2's needed a drop of rem oil and a slight pivot screw adjustment, but the PM2 is smooth as butter.

You are quite right, plain g10 is a bit meh but I got a set of smooth g10 scales from some sprint run and this way my pants won’t be ruined.
Originally this had camo scales- gross.

I got the PM2 digi camo with black dlc blade right after they came out. It has been very dependable and I like how such a big knife can easily hide in the pants pockets. I’ve used it to cut everything from paper to carpet and it keeps a edge quite well. The compression lock is solid.
