Got mine too. Perfect out of the box. My wife even likes it! Maybe one of my favorite out of the box Spydies. It checks a lot of boxes.

I'm digging the look of that one, and it's a good price too. Hopefully I can get in on the next pre-order.

I am glad that I ordered one, which arrived today, and which basically indicated to me that that the fine folks at REC seriously needs to work with Spyderco to come up with a PM2 sibling.

Got mine as well. I like it a lot. Surprisingly my wife also likes it better than any other (all) para 3 models I have in my possession. Personally I wish it was silver hardware. I may do a swap with the s90v sprint and give each model a distinct look. Goes to show that everyone has there preferences and that’s okay. I want to thank spyderco and rec for producing a unique setup with this model. Glad to have be apart of a great forum to express our insights and individuality.

Man, I really wish I liked the Para 3. The color is really looking good in these pics! Hopefully they will do a Native in the same combo since this one sold so well.

Wright.88 - Awesome pictures!! we're glad you liked them! Thank you.
WireEdge Roger - Thanks for picking one up. Glad your wife likes it as well!
StuntZombie - We are getting a couple hundred more, just not exactly sure when. I will post on here when we get word they are on the way.
lund - I agree a PM2 would be awesome. Stay tuned!!
Mstach - Well said. Everyone's uniqueness is what keeps this industry moving forward. I'd like to see it with the silver hardware.
steelcity16 - We're surprised that it HAS done so well. Hopefully we can get some other models in the future.

Just received mine,,, another excellent QC example from Spyderco.

They have the process nailed down for production of PM2 and Para 3 models.

My new one came in, yesterday.
A couple weeks ago I didn't own any 3's, but now (in the words of Coldplay) it's "Para, Para, Paradise"

If you did a Manix 2, I'd be all over it. The Para3 and PM2 both have M390 already, but I've never seen a Manix in M390, 20CV or 204P.

Opened mine today. Wow, the pictures do not do this knife full justice. It looks much better in person. Olive drab scales with black hardware looks great although I worry the paint will chip off the clip.

The flat dark earth (FDE) PVD on the blade takes on a bit of a reddish tone in pictures that to my eye it doesn't have in real life. It took several attempts with the lighting angle and intensity but this looks pretty close.

Deadboxhero - Nice Pictures. Clip looks awesome!
FK - I have to agree. Thanks for getting one!
Donutsrule - Congrats on the two new pickups. Lookin good.
TomAiello - Fugly things need a home too. Glade that one found one in your pocket 😁. Thanks for picking one up! Good point on the Manix.
ZrowsN1s - That WOULD be sweet!
BogGrove - Yes, we thought it looked better in person as well. It was hard to get a picture that is accurate in color, but you did an awesome job. It looks different in almost every picture we see. Thanks Pal.
