I'm in. Missed the initial run, but I can really get used to the CS zome color scheme.

Correct me if I’m wrong but I don’t think these have been released yet. CC members just started getting them so I assume they should be released soon.

You're correct. I mean the initial run of HAP-40 knives. So this is my chance to get one at a much more reasonable price than the aftermarket going rate.

That color scheme looks like an amateur mod.

Is it worth the price difference to the Endura Vtoku?

That is really an ugly choice of colors in my opinion. Like the knife and the steel, not the colors. I'll not be buying that bad boy.

I like the color combo, but the artistic execution doesn't inspire me too much.

Are they all the same or is each one unique ?

Think I'd rather have a orange handle and a bottle of black ink.

The steel is nice.

I don't own a zome knife yet, but I would imagine they are all unique

It depends what you’re looking to get out of the steel. The price difference, for me, isn’t enough to sway me one way or the other but you’ll want to check out the different qualities of the steel. Vtoku is a carbon steel that can corrode quickly if you’re not careful but takes a very keen edge without much effort. It will also come back nicely after stropping. HAP40 is more of a tool steel that will hold an edge longer and isn’t as susceptible to corrosion as vtoku. HAP40 has a better balance of qualities than vtoku.

I think this Endura looks great and will most likely grab one when they drop.

CS has been doing some great exclusives that don’t break the bank.

Ordered. The Endura is pretty much perfect and I’ve been wanting one in HAP40.
