Thanks Josh! I'm likin' too. Action's smooth, detent's good, nice polish on the edges of the scales, and one of the sharpest factory edges I've had. The only thing I find a bit odd is the huge flipper tab. Not sure why anyone thought it needs to be so long.

Re: What Spyderco is in your pocket today??
It seems like the flipper tab isn't made for pockets lol. Nice looking knife though

Re: What Spyderco is in your pocket today??
For me it's more aesthetic than anything. I don't think it'll bother me in pocket. The only other thing I carry in that pocket is a Manbug or Dragonfly without the clip.
They got the detent right on this one! It's strong enough that it flips great yet I can still roll the blade out fairly easily.

My very first Spyderco, the one that began the obsession!

Hey Sharp Guy, these are hard times for our wallets, with all these new releases coming...Sharp Guy wrote: ↑Sun Jun 10, 2018 12:52 pm^ Nice Filoso! I think that's the best version of the Native 5 yet. I'll definitely be picking one of these up. I'm just waiting on some of these "must have" sprints, exclusives, and mid-year releases to drop first. This knife collecting thing seems to be never-ending. :)
Regarding the fluted CF Native I completely agree with you, this is the best version of the model, it has the best of the LW and G10 versions at the same time, and what can I say, the handle is a work of art  ...
Re: What Spyderco is in your pocket today??
I agree! The handle is a work of art. I have the 40th Native and I think it's beautiful. Problem is I don't really like to carry and use it much due to it's potential for collectability. I don't usually worry about such things but I have so many other users that I use those instead. If I pick up the S90V FCF I'll use it like any of my others.Filoso- wrote: ↑Tue Jun 12, 2018 4:48 pmHey Sharp Guy, these are hard times for our wallets, with all these new releases coming...Sharp Guy wrote: ↑Sun Jun 10, 2018 12:52 pm^ Nice Filoso!
