I did own a Qball for a little while, and it definitely had VG-10 steel. Pretty sure there haven't been any sprint runs or cqi changes to the Qball, so I'm guessing that the website has it wrong.

Hi Garret,

Welcome to our forum.

Hello, Sal! A greeting thank you for the welcome! Regarding the Q, a store in my country has it but the delivery time is almost one month, if it is more likely to be imported from the other side of the pond, it is a lot of money but I think it is worth it, besides the Straight edge shape is .uu easy to sharpen. Greetings to all!

What do you think about the ceramic lock? Is there any difference with a Manix for example? Thank you

It’s different. My q ball broke in more than my manix. The manix seems to have a stiffer spring. The q ball is now so smooth. But the ball is buried pretty deep in there for my meaty fingers. I can do it. It’s just a 2 hand operation.
But it’s cool and it gets a lot of pocket time. I like mine a lot even with lock issues. Btw, my lock came pretty stiff. It broke in pretty quick though. Don’t be discouraged when you first get one.
