But it looks like S110V has M4 beat in every category. I’m just not loving the burple G10.....
As an owner of both Militaries, the M4 is different. It's more about the feel, with the same treatment it just gets a hair sharper and more aggressive than the S110V. But seeing as you've already got some - hey, the blurple has its moments!
I own all three and don't have a preference, but I cringe when I read that someone wants to take a very nice knife and use it to cut Cat 5 cables. Buy a Leatherman with a wire cutter or better yet a dedicated wire cutter to cut cables if that is part of your job. I'm sure I could use my CruWear PM2 to also pry up nails if I really wanted too, but it would have to be a pretty serious emergency before I would consider doing that or cutting Cat 5 cables with it.

CAT-5 is nothing.
Power cord and 175# zip ties, S110V Military....
Yikes! What gauge is that wire?!
And how did the edge hold up to that treatment?

I don’t usually cut wires or zip ties, in the last 6 years I think I’ve cut 1 cat5 cable and a few zip ties. I usually will use wire cutters if I remember to bring them w me.
I ended up ordering the S110V and some CF scales from Russia (don’t remember the maker’s name, but he was recommended on this forum).
Thanks everyone for your help and insight. If you want we can still keep talking about steels :)
S110V will give more edge retention than M4 and by a good amount.
When the LW Manix 2 S110V first came out I compared a new one with factory edge against my M4 version that I sharpened and thought my M4 version did better. So that either means that there is a problem with the factory sharpening or my testing was less scientific, and I know it wasn't very scientific.

Don't remember what gauge the wire is, but there was zero damage to the edge or loss of sharpness.
