Excellent ergonomics. The handle is a lot like the Stretch and Mule, a nice general purpose shape that's secure in any grip.koenigsegg wrote: ↑Wed Mar 07, 2018 2:33 amHaving never used this knife before can someone help me understand the appeal? I'm having trouble seeing it personally but somehow it feels like I'm missing out on something haha
Very nice size. Full grip behind the choil, but not cumbersome to pocket.
The grip while using the choil is wider top to bottom where the index finger goes, increasing comfort compared to knives that are thinner there like the Caly line.
The cobra hood makes the knife more comfortable to use when utilizing the thumb ramp.
The original was one of few models to feature an integral compression lock, not sure if it was first or the Salsa.
The original had slick stainless or Ti scales. The new version fixes that with the textured G10 grips.
The original had a pretty chunky clip that interfered with my grip. The new one doesn't.
I don't care for the tip design and might grind it to a more acute point, but it does give it a distinctive appearance.
