I would do the spine sorta like a Persian but less of a curve.

I like the rounded hump sketch, but wanted to share an experience of similar mod gone wrong. Not trying to warn you away from the mod, as I'm sure you can pull it off no problem, but thought it might be good to have this potential pitfall on your radar! I was trying to smooth out the hump on my Dice, and kept grinding away, only focusing on perfecting the curve, without realizing how anemically thin the distance btwn spine and hole was getting. Perfectly functional now, but looks wonky as it's only like a dime's width of steel there now. I went on to then butcher the knife with more awful mods, but that's another (horror) story...
I now have a new Dice, and love the steep, sharp hump - go figure!

That's what I was contemplating for my Stretch mod in queue. I'll get a pic of that, and a shortened Endura mod up on here. I already modded them, but am not happy with them. I think they'll be just right for me - in my preferred size range of blades. I just need some nice weather so I can get into the garage.

Wharnie looks best to me but would require a regrind.

The Endura will be 3 3/8" (might make it pointier a tad), and the Stretch will be 3 1/16". The Dyad, I don't know if I'll do it. The box was signed by Sal and Eric. It's a tad too pointy and delicate.

Hmm....I've seen some Stretch mods similar to that, I like them. I'm actually surprised we don't have a Lil Stretch.

I saw one in ZDP with more curve. Very cool. This will be like my back lock Para 3, kind of.

Definitely round the hump. Thick behind the edge in the center makes the wharnie not so great, IMO.

Agreed that the round hump looks nicer, but you lose some functionality with that particular delete, unless you can regrind the lost jimping. Leave the hump alone.

I left the jimping alone and did not round out the transition area on this Manix 2XL reprofile. Some did not like the sharp transition but I think it gives it meaner and leaner (as well as unique) look:

Your Manix looks good. I do like it both ways. Have to think. Once you remove metal, it's gone.

Wow that is very hard, both look so excellent! I would probably go with the top one.

I that case do sharp corner first. Later if you don’t like it, then round it.

Late to the party -- as usual -- but I like the look of your wharnie mock-up...

Only took forever to get on it, but here’s the finished product, a Caly 3.1ish...

Yes, straight spine Delica with rounded hump is the winner. Great looking mod buddy.
