New Self Defense Tool for women, and men too: Go Guarded!

Have any of you seen this and what do you think of its effectiveness?

It is a serrated durable plastic finger ring knife.

I think coupled with a razor sharp Spyderco knife, perhaps a serrated Hawkbill or other type, would be a very good duo.

Do you think the same laws that govern bans against ceramic and plastic "letter openers" on air planes would effect this if the person wanted to travel by plane with it?

Would be illegal in UK... better to carry a 'tactical' pen or a glass bottle.

My "weapon" of choice is still this little fella. Effective up to 8' distance i think it is by far the best non lethal, non permanent damage inflicting self defence tool, this and optional stomp kick to knee or groin kick and a pair of decent shoes for running..
