New Warranty Policy???

#1

Post by Rick H. »

It's been a long time since I've been visiting this forum, and I see that it's changed a bit. I also see that the warranty policy seems to have changed as well. I'd like to send in my knife for sharpening, and a general tune-up like I've done before, but it looks like that might run more than $5 now. I've got nothing but good things to say about the service I've received to date, and paying a little bit more is not a big deal, but I'd like to hear from a few people that have sent their knives in recently about how that went.

If you check in the off topic post there is a thread about warranty work pros and cons /differnt veiws lots of info/ you decide what you want to do after reading / i decided just to hang on to mine because it's left handed police model and can't be replaced /the lock is broken / they said those would be destroyed/ and replaced with something with equal value anyway check it out later cleverclutch

Thanks for the info. I'll check it out and maybe call them before I decide what to do.
