Thank you Jazz. I still have that stone pendant you carved.
Awesome. It was a Spyderco bug, right?

Jazz, I really like the Micarta scales. The pattern actually seems bi-directional and has nice grip, maybe a little too aggressive since my pocket has been getting a little shredded.

Nice. Nice knife I wish I bought when it came out. I'm really liking the HAP 40 one.

I see what you're saying. I just sand under the clipping area with really fine sandpaper and it helps a bit.

My Delica 4. Lost my first generation after 15 years, bummer! Plastic clip was too loose. Should have retired it. This one is nice though. Also, just picked up a Paramilitary 2 CPM S110V. Am happy!

Its Finally Here!!

My very first :spyder: !!

Hi Guys!
I'm Paul, new to this thread/forum, and to knives in general.
Been carrying pocket knives since my dad gave me my first when I was in highschool,
didn't really pay too much attention to them back then.

Up until early this year when i found the need to have one within reach more often,
and since it seemed more acceptable lately as everyday carry.
After going through tons of reviews and testimonials, i was certain that I had to get my hands on one.

and here it is! Delica 4
it was a loooong toss up between the Delica and the Enduro.
then I decided to get the Delica FIRST. hahaha

I'm quite definite that this spidey wont be alone for long.

Hi guys, anyone experienced some side to side blade play on your D4s?.. i have a bit of side to side blade play on my 2 week old Delica..

any advice on how to eliminate it or whether its something expected from time to time with daily use?..

No side play in any of mine. Have you tried tightening the pivot screw a little bit?

Yap, did just that.. Found my D4's sweet spot, altough i suppose tightening is a regular thing to be done from time to time..
but anyway, no more side play..

thanks Sharp Guy!..
