DLC coating on Military hardware?

#1

Post by Jeff/1911 »

Hi Gang,

I just received my black blade Military, and it is fabulous! It has all of the wonderful qualities of the newest, S30V Military w/ the added benefit of the ultracool coating. Simonas pictures were very accurate indeed - ever since I saw them I knew I had to own one.

I really like the black DLC coating and I was just wondering...is there any plan to coat the clip and hardware with this coating as well. This way, the whole knife would be that flat, tactical black. Just wondering... Also, I understand that there may be some plain edged, S30V black millies available soon...is this true Spyderco?

Thanks, Jeff/1911.

I sure am enjoying my black blade Military...does anyone here know if the plain edged versions are being produced or not?

Thanks, Jeff/1911.
