My Southfork lives in the kitchen. I use it about every day, so it is definitely my grill tool. It splits whole chickens (although I did finally get a vintage cleaver for tasks like this), skins pork shoulders for the smoker, carves turkeys and yard bird, bones out random other cuts, etc etc.

For a folder I would go for max blade length and open pillar design for cleaning = Millie all the way.

I don't have one but I'm thinking the Caribbean PE might make a great grilling knife.

I use and love my PM2 in S110V currently.

I usually do my prep work in the kitchen before making it to the grill and I usually have a chef's knife for that so I'm not sure I have a "grilling companion" beyond whatever I'm carrying at the time.

Same here, but if need be on the grill its going to be a Kitchen Utility Knife 6.5" SE.

I have a set of 4.5" Kitchen Utility knives btw, that I call Tomahawk steak knives. Love these Spydie Utility Kitchen knives! Their appropriately thin blades and SE edges are most gratifying.
