Mouse Lite?

#1

Post by sod »

Has anyone tried or even seen one of these? I have a Spyderco Mouse but this looks VERY interesting, What a nice way to carry a mouse and keep my Spydie looking like new.

A new Wegner mouse for under $40!!!

Understand your feelings Ted, I cringe at the thought Sal "might" be planning an FRN version of the Kiwi. Yet, from a strictly rational viewpoint, with a knife the size of the Mouse (or the Kiwi, for that matter) does G10 offer any real advantage over FRN?

Ted, they also make them in S30v with G10 or CF but for an every day lose it and replace it beater I prefer the $40 model.

Sod, yes I know. I had the G-10 model for a short time but sold it later on. I still prefer the old Spyderco model. Better fit and finish, and smoother action.

Ted, I agree completely, that is why I plan on getting one of the less expensive models. That way my Almite Mouse only comes out on special occasions, I plan on keeping it for another 45 years or so, God willing. ;)

FRN Kiwi...great idea. A Kiwi to abuse and toss in a pocket and not worry about. I love my Kiwi but am afraid to mess up something so nice :)
