Name 1 or 2 personality traits, issue stances (either domestic or foreign) or any other characteristic that you strongly feel is important for a US president. Things a president just has to have in your opinion. To keep things positive, please do not list characteristics the president should not have but I guess stances against certain issues are fair game. Feel free to elaborate as much or little as you wish. Again, as difficult as it may seem, PLEASE let's keep things positive.

I'm all for legalizing auto knives. :) He should be fair, but firm.
A lot like FDR or Reagan. Republican helps too.
