I wasn't planning on getting one but it was available and I starting thinking about it and that usually doesn't end up well for my wallet. Plus, it's in a handle color I don't have, a model I don't have and a steel I don't have, so why not?!? Hoping it's a zero grind since I'm not planning on putting it through any tough use.

I've ordered one, but not received a ship notice. They said it was in stock at the time, but who knows? If it comes, I'll check the edge thickness and post it up. And if it comes, it will likely end up in my whittling kit with my Wolfspyder (and about 20 other knives).

Mine arrived this morning. The blade measures 0.009" thick at the back of the edge bevel. Not bad at all, I'll soon see how it does on wood. The blade should be good, but the handle is almost too short for my hands.

Thanks for measuring, that is excellent for a factory knife. Thinnest I've ever got was my Caly 3 which was somewhere around .010". Most others are in the .020" plus range.

Looks like a great little knife, but this is why I haven't bought one. I don't like knives where you can't get a full four-finger grip.

I can live with three finger grip, but two finger is pretty much unusable for me. This one is exactly the length of my right index finger, which I've found to be the minimum length I can stand to use for anything more taxing than opening an envelope.

I might. Never used RWL34, and I like thin. I better make up my mind fast though.

I purchased one. It's a nice little knife, it's similar in many ways to the Des Horn model but with a few improvements. RWL 34 makes a lot more sense than S30V.
