Sal, where you hiding all the 10v?

Post by Johnnie1801 »

Hi Sal, just wondering if you've got any plans to use cpm 10v again now that the K2 has been disco'ed. Any chance we'll see one of the A11 type steels in a sprint run or production knife in the near future?

It's got really good edge retention and toughness.

K390 is a bit different from 10V, I think K294 would be more comparable from Bohler. It would be pretty cool to see a Military or Manix in 10V or A11 :D

Chinook 4 sprint run in 10V. Strong lock, tough steel. Send some over to Japan with the S30V.

It would probably work out cheaper to use an American steel on the Manix backlock so 10V or A11 would be better alternatives to K390. Still a ffg Manix or Military would be right up my street :D

A 10V Millie would be awesome!

Put 10V in a knife that will have a thin blade imo.

Big Chris makes some awesome fixed blades in 10V.

Thin and Hard :)

Manix has so many runs out already, but if the price was right a 10v Manix would be great. That may add to much competition with their other models. But, a Mule, Manix, maybe Manix XL sprint run, or a Millie would be fun ideas for 10v.

I assume 10v is much cheaper then Maxamet, so it might be a nice price point

I'd buy a 10v military. Maybe even two.

A nice big fixed blade wouldn't be bad either.

I heard that there are going to be 10 different Native 5 sprints in 10V, all with different colored scales.

But, that was a dream, so... :p
