That's a good one! I had the dark blue S110V LW but sold it since I already have S110 in the Green G10. On my list currently is to try and get a fluted TI Native 5 at some point.

Got this yesterday:

100% Perfect fit and finish.
I like that the G10 weighs a little more than the LW. It's probably in my top 3 right now

I like that it's not too big and not too small. It's small enough not to be scary but big enough to be useful. Not that the df2 isn't useful but I just feel the Native 5 to be spot on.

I agree with everything you said! I just picked up a fluted TI version of the Native 5 too, happy to add it to the "family". Now if :spyder: would just go ahead and release the Maxamet version I'll be all set :D

Does anyone have some native 5 comparison pics, say to a Para 2 or 3, a caly 3, a delica, etc?

I sold both of my PM2s but I do have a PM3. Here is a shot I just snapped for comparison, from left to right:
Manix 2, Domino, PM3, Delica 4, Native 5

Thanks a lot for the pic! I'm having a hard time trying to decide if I need a Native or not right now..

If I'm going to swap out my normal EDC (Manix2/PM2/Stretch2) for something smaller, chances are high it will be a Native5. I have the S35VN AND S110V models and hold out hope for a non-lightweight Maxamet or 52100 model.

If either of your Native 5 knives have G10 handles, you can always swap that onto the Maxamet version (and as you probably already know, they havent made a native 5 in 52100 but that would be cool).

I definitely understand that! Can always have some custom scales made for it too, probably will be your best bet if wanting to use the Maxamet version.

Maxamet with some grey lighting strike carbon fiber scales would be pretty cool (or maybe some Ti scales), I think I might need to do that to mine :)

Read that Maxamet has ridiculous edge retention, check this post out: //forum.spyderco.com/viewto ... =2&t=71455
