I am excited about this knife...but i REALLY want a pic. I have waited so long to get my hands on a B01, and mine is finally in the mail. But i have heard really exciting things about this one, and i want to see it. Can anyone help me out. I need to decide if it is worth not getting a Microtech Makora for.

Though the MT Makora is a **** fine knife, I'd say it worth waiting for the Szabofly. It's a butterfly you've never seen before. Unfortunately I don't have a picture... and I wouldn't want to spoil the surprise either ;)

I visited Laci Szabo's site and the price for the "real deal"
knocked my sock's off! I can't wait either! Microtech be damned!
This bali's a real swinger!

:spyder: When is the Szabofly due to be released? I talked to the Glessers ( Sal & Eric) at the Spirit of Steel knife show in Dallas. They said that it would be a month or so but would not be nailed down to a specific date. I want one very badly my own self. Does anyone know the actual release date for this gem. :) :spyder:

Our production schedule isn't firmed up yet but it's coming in the next few months. Releasing a new model always takes longer than we anticipate. I'll certainly post when I hear more. Thanks for being patient!

WHAT? forget the szabofly and get the Microtech Makora or the new UT-6 II. These are the best production OTF knives ever made, ever. This should be a no brainer.

Microtech Makora and the new UT-6 II are not even in the same category with the Szabofly. (comparing apples and oranges)
