World's Best Knife Ever!

Love the new look! And I like that everything works from my Mac! That's why I tested the picture handling. Here is my vote for best Spyder ever:

Wegner JR PE - slight modifications (larger silver clip, Torx screws and convex edge):

I had a PE Wegner Jr for a while, but found the hole a bit too small. For the rest a nice knife!

IMHO, the best knife ever would be my Chris Reeve Sebenza....which of course doesn't mean I'm not gonna get a Manix & UK Penknife :D :p

CKE - I never feel ashamed saying that the Chris Reeve Sebenza is the best knife ever. Spyderco is a much more fun (and innovating) company however! :) :D

Aloha guys!

It's got to be the Toad ALL THE WAY!!! LOL! Kidding!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I did make one of the best friends ever by buying the Toad off a fellow :spyder: Friend however!

CE Delica for me...it has yet to let me down. Now, if :spyder: made a "Dialica", then that'd be the best. Period! :D

Ted,got to love those Sebies. In the price range for most knife users my pick for best would be the Military,Starmate or the (BIG HINT)black G10 Native chief.

Agree with LRL - I cannot get rid off my Wegner jr. - even when I convince myself that Lil' Temperance is my EDC, I always add Wegner jr. as a companion.

I would have to say that the Military is the best, IMO, as well....mine has been indispensible the past few weeks.

The Wegner and Wegner Jr. are really cool Spydies, don't get me wrong, but the Military has my heart. ;)

Nice knife, the Wegner. I really like Tim's approach. And his "rodent" isn't that bad either.
For my part, the best knife would be a linerless C05 Standard with wire clip and S30V blade in full flat grind.

I am very suprise that one one likes the Native as the best all around. So I have to speak out on this matter...'Native hands down!' :p Anyhow, I would like to see a Spyderco Native Dark Green G10 w/roller ball lock & H1 Spyderedge! Maybe I can mod one into it and call it the customized 'Kudzu' variant...any possibilities on some designs from your blueprint board there Dialex? :)

Bzzzzzz. Thank you all for playing, the correct answer was, "Calypso Jr.". Since no one won this week's prize, it will roll over for next week's big question.

:) :) :) of course

The instrument: Chinook II.
If You doesn't have this piece of art.... you missing out...
I have tried and tested many (good)spyderco..s since 1999.
IMO... this one is a winner of all.
If You have not handled one you wouldn't know...
Pictures just don't do justice...
You can slam it open without using the T-hole...
It can be ready well within 1 sec...
It's reinforced...
I belive that (currently) no other company nailed this category but spyderco.

RLR,

That's a very nice picture of your beautiful knife. I agree, the Wegner Jr. is a wonderful piece. I went and sold mine awhile back and have been kicking myself ever since :( I do still have a collector numbered combination edge Wegner Jr. though...although I'd trade it in a second for a plain edge!

Thanks for "sharing" your favorite knife with us.

Best wishes, Jeff/1911.

I gotta aggree with The Surgeon on the chinook II As the best knife ever. It really fits my hand, looks evil and is super beefy.
