New byrd crow 2

#1

Post by bladerunner22 »

I just picked up the mail and my new byrd crow 2 arrived today. WOW! What a nice knife. A great EDC carry knife. It is a bit heavier than I expected, but tolerable. I was carrying a spyderco cat and this is larger , but almost as smooth to deploy. I really like the g10 handles. I will start to carry this for awhile and see how that compares to the other spyderco knives I carry. I hope there are others of you out there who feel the same about the crow2.

Oh no.. now the secret's out ;)
IMO the Crow and Raven 2 stand head and shoulders above Spydercos budget line and on equal footing with some knives costing twice as much!

I agree. A Raven 2 could be made with S30V and some people would still claim the Tenacious is better because it has a round hole.

How much thicker are the raven 2 and crow 2 than a tenacious in the handles?

I like the Raven 2 more than the Polestar and not because it has a choil. It's smoother and I find the lock more comfortable to disengage. Sold the Polestar.
