Re: Post your Spyderco collection in one picture!

Re: Post your Spyderco collection in one picture!
This is embarrassing... Smallest collection on the thread apart from one or two.
Still, in a few months there will be a Mamba.

Thanks! I'm being a real wimp about using the Positron... It just seems too nice. Still, last night I made guacamole with it.swigert wrote:Thats a great few you have, the old school endure and delica are especially great!Tyrdle wrote:This is embarrassing... We will see, both are beautiful knives but I don't use 3.5 inch knives enough to justify buying too many of them. I still need to get an M4 para2 whenever those manage to make it to mkt

Re: Post your Spyderco collection in one picture!
Here's a recent pic of my relatively small but ever growing collection. There are way tooo many enablers in this thread.
My EDC rotation: Kapara, Chaparral CF, Mantra, Sage 1, Sage 5, Dice, Domino, Gayle Bradley 2, PakkaDelica, Native CFF
Re: Post your Spyderco collection in one picture!
New to the forum. My (currently) small collection, which is always in flux. I maintain a very focused and purpose-diven knife collection, and all knives get carried and used. Recently departed were a Red CF Domino and an S110V Native 5 LW FRN.
I am in love with the Nirvana. I know there are some haters or detractors out there. But it is utter perfection to me. Fit, finish, execution, steel, and edge. I also recently picked up the KW CF M4 PM2. Lots of letters, but if you're reading this, you know what they mean.
Have the new Maxamet Mule Team 24 and the Halpern CF scales on the way...
Cheers!
Frank

Where is that deep carry clip from. Looks perfect. Lions like it matches dead on in pictures.
Re: Post your Spyderco collection in one picture!
I got both of the pocket clips from Blade4Sell on Amazon:
https://www.amazon.com/s?marketplaceID= ... irect=true
I bought them on two separate occasions. Limited information or pictures were available for each clip, but I bought anyway. The order takes a week to process and a week to ship. Slow turnaround, but totally worth it.
I got the satin titanium with Spider for the PM2: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B015Q ... UTF8&psc=1
And the bead-blasted titanium for the Nirvana (a PERFECT match): https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00X0 ... UTF8&psc=1

If you are on the fence, it's worth it. Quality manufacturing, matches photos well, reliable seller. I have carried this clip for ~2-3 months without a problem. Screws right on to existing platform.
The sliver clip on the PM2 was originally purchased and used on a Domino Red Weave CF. Excellent combination, highly recommended. I sold the Domino to make room for the M4 PM2 CF--but I kept the clip. The clip was labeled as a "Domino pocket clip." But as we know, this will fit the standard 3-hole configuration, so the "Domino clip" essentially became a short deep carry clip for the PM2. It matched perfectly again. Notice also, the screws that come with the clip from Blade4Sell. Aesthetically, they are a much closer match to the handle hardware.
The clip on the Nirvana was designated a "Paramilitary 2 clip." This bead-blast titanium PERFECTLY matches the finish on the Nirvana. Couldn't have asked for a better looking clip. When mounting this clip, the holes in the clip are slightly too close together, but I got the screws in without mods. As some may know, you have to use The Spyderco supplied screws because the frame is milled so thin, all 3 pocket clip screws are slightly different lengths! Can't use universal screws or they will project into the path of the blade. Talk about tight tolerances!
TL;DR: Buy the clips.
