Those scales are super nice .
The whole knife has come together beautifully , I'm a fan of ZDP189 and own a couple of Delica's in that steel .
Also does the clip have a satin or stonewashed finish ?

Thanks, I agree. The clip is from a Kahr Arms Delica and I think it's bead-blasted but I'm not positive. I also ground the hump off the tip so it would have more of a Delica 3 type tip as I prefer that.

I love some of the old D3's in ATS-55 and VG-10. They are just harder to find these days. :)

I sandblasted the clip and sent it out for a zinc-coating..I'm very happy with the results--the picture doesn't do it justice. The color is very similar to a stone wash finish.

Super cool , you have very good taste :)

I'll be interested to hear your thoughts and opinions of the scales , mine have become my favoured work knife , and get carried exclusively from sun up to sun down Monday to Friday , but after hours and weekends FRN is my first choice .
It's strange , and I can't explain why each scale type suits different tasks .

I like to call this the harronek clip point mod. Not Kahr Arms - it's simply a clip point.
