Thoughts, prayers and smoke please

Folks, hate to solicit sympathy but I'm currently stuck in hospital waiting on an angiogram to check for an aneurysm.

10 days of headaches, a collapse, a basic CT scan and a night of obs in hospital and I'm still none the wiser.

Ain't my first rodeo as you colonial chaps say; had a microvascular decompression for trigeminal neuralgia in 08.

Any kind thoughts from my knifeknut brethren would be appreciated.

Ooh, good luck. Had an angiogram myself a couple of years ago; a very odd feeling but not too bad at all, but you know that if you've had one before.

Thank you all for your positive energy, kind thoughts and prayers...It definitely helped (and has made my poor tired wife smile a little at long last after this week :) )

I'm back home now after a round of being poked and prodded- Ruled out (in order on my notes) meningitis, an intercranial bleed, hydrocephalus, lesions, infarction, an aneurysm or any stroke. .....Current working theory is a bad cluster headache or migraine due to the stress I've been under and lack of rest- as diagnosis go that's a 'take the money and run' and thus I did.
....I'm feeling back up to 99% now- just that 'jet-lagged' feeling you get from trying to sleep in a hospital ward with constant foot-traffic and alarms going off left and right all night.

I've got to go back for an angiogram later in the week to rule out any issues that might have been hidden but that's a backstop against anything caused by them delving around in my wetware in '08. ...Apart from that: quiet rest at home and destress. :D
