7" G-10 Dragonfly.
Linerless G-10 Manix in 3V, 4V, or Cruwear.
Another Massad Ayoob sprint run.

Or, and I think this would be pretty cool, for the Golden USA models offer a line of customs in the PM2, Manix, Native, Military, and Yojimbo where you could order the model you wanted with 4 or 5 different colors of G-10 and and several different blade steels. Say I wanted a Yojimbo with dark gray G-10 scales with Cruwear and be able to order an extra set of dark blue scales to go with it.....I know it'd be a lot of up front expense for Spyderco but it's still a pretty cool thought.

... few more grits of diamond rods. Both more coarse and more fine. A 220 would be great as would a 600 or 800 and a 1200.

Techno 2. Oh man, a Techno 2 like the Mouse 2 from Slysz. If you missed the custom he left in the Spyderco proto booth at Blade, you missed out.
Black wire clips available for separate purchase.
Factory deep-carry 3-screw clips. Not that I want to drive Lynch out of business, but...
More SB, HAP40, low-carbon steels like M4 and 52100.

I saw a wharnie Manbug prototype at Blade btw.

Wait, are we talking about knives here?

Manbug wharnie sounds good, FRN Chap, Jester FRN sprint, all it seems are in the pipeline. Jess Horn lightweight sprint, Salsa sprint would be my wishlist items.
