Happy birthday Doug. Many more to come. Did you get anything sharp today? or at least flat like stones (water or diamonds are fine :) )?

Thanks, Roman! I bought two knives last month, the 204P Millie exclusive and a NIB BayouShooter Ebdura, the only knives I've bought all year, and I used my birthday as an excuse and justification :D

Thanks, Sully, that's much appreciated coming from another Southpaw, or Molly-Dooker, as lefties are called Down Under! I strongly recommend that you don't look up the other synonyms used at various places around the world if you haven't already :( ;)

Thanks also John, Dan, Michael (I would have certainly got an Ouroboros for my birthday if they'd been out! ), and Knivesinedc!

This forum has brought me much fun and pleasure these last 3 years since I belatedly discovered spydies and has been my extended family in knifieness :p

You know, I could have missed this thread. I rarely think to check the off-topic section. I just stopped by to see if anybody had said anything about the flood in Texas and the incident where several soldiers drowned at Fort Hood. I hope Robert (HarleyXJguy) and his family are safe. I don't know for sure if he's there at the moment.

In any case I've got to check this off-topic section more often.

By the way I know it's OK to be my age because I'm the same age as Sal, whose birthday is coming up in, I think, 4 days  :spyder:
