Coal Chamber

Saw them live about a year ago, I was a little let down. But they also had Fear Factory open for then which made no sense to me, CC sounded like they were in slow motion with the volume turned down after FF.
I do not like hearing that at all.

I was going to try go to coal chamber with my little bro.

I'm listing to six feet under now

I guess Fear Factory were on the tour to support CC's comeback and new album but otherwise there was never a time that FF would have opened for CC, they're just a much heavier and faster band and it would be like Metallica opening for Guns N Roses. You never want a heavier faster band opening for you or your sound slow and muted by comparison.

Seen Coal Chamber a number of times (Ironically, once when they were supporting Fear Factory!) and sorry to report that they suck live....A shame.

Everything that is at least lively on the album turns into a dirge-speed sludgefest when they get on stage.

Fear Factory, on the other hand, are consistently polished showmen everytime I've seen 'em.
Warhammer 40000 is- basically- Lord Of The Rings on a cocktail of every drug known to man and genuine lunar dust, stuck in a blender with Alien, Mechwarrior, Dune, Starship Troopers, Fahrenheit 451 and Star Wars, bathed in blood, turned up to eleventy billion, set on fire, and catapulted off into space screaming "WAAAGH!" and waving a chainsaw sword- without the happy ending.

Whole Lotta' Love by Led Zeppelin. And a little Pink Floyd. Only way to survive a Monday.

I never get tired of Tommy Emmanuel. I've never seen a better show in my life than watching him live. If you ever get a chance to see him, do it without hesitation.

Hey Branden - big fan of Tommy Emmanuel also. My wife and I saw his show in Cleveland a few years ago and he was great. Looking forward to catching his show next time he comes to town. His new album, It's Never Too Late, is highly recommended also.

Yes it is...I bought it the day it came out in fact. I also check his YouTube channel frequently.

On a somber note, saw these guys live years ago and it was properly awesome. I'll do my best to see their final tour...

I know there are at least a few guys on here who like heavier music. If any of you remember Despised Icon, if you don't know they're back together and have a new album coming out this month and it's streaming for free this weekend only. These guys were one of the pioneering bands in the deathcore genre back in the 2000's and it's kind of a big deal that they're back together, and so far what I've heard does not disappoint.
