Civilian Trainer

#1

Post by pageophile »

Hello All

Just got my G10 Civilian today. Words can not describe how truly awesome this blade is, Sal you really out did yourself ! ! !

So, now I am in need of a trainer. I have already spoken to Comtech (Mr. Keating's Shop) and they no longer sell any trainers

A search of the web also turned up nothing. Is there anyone around that can whip up a Civilian trainer?

Any leads would be greatly appreciated.

Best Regards

Hi there and congrats, you made the ultimate choice of self defense weapon.
The Civilian is the most awsome blade on the planet, I carry mine 24/7 (BTW Dont overlook the Matriarch, shes also a beuty)

I know many actually carved their own wooden trainers, There where tons available, Ill go have a looksee for you.

Do yourself the favour I did for me, get the Comtech DVD/Tape of the Civilian training vid from James Keating, tis awsome stuff.

Cheers

Hello and thanx MaNcEr

I've been in touch with Comtech and the Civi DVD will be ordered this week

It's the reason I ordered the Civilian and now need a trainer. There is NO WAY I'd trainer with this blade un-modified.

It's just about the most lethal edge I've come across and without a trainer I feel I'd be missing out on a truly awesome tool.

I was thinking about getting a trainer or two cut out of some aluminum and wrapping the handles with some hockey tape (friction tape).

Just wanted to know if anyone is making a trainer to save some time and trouble of the DIY path.

Thanx again
