If you could combine any two models into one knife...

#1

Post by Evil D »

What would you make? I mean literally blend aspects of both knives..

Mine would probably still be a Yojimbo 2 handle paired with a Manix 2 blade, or perhaps just give the Yojimbo 2 a leaf shaped spine after the thumb-dip area and give it as much belly as the Manix 2 blade.

Junior with a Superhawk blade (heck, Junior handle with a lot of different style blades)

Delica with a Harpy handle

Endura with a Civilian handle
All SE all the time since 2017

I would combine a tenacious blade with a delica handle and convert to Ti handle and M4 blade :D

On a serious note, chaparral size and shape mixes with something to give it a comp lock instead of the back lock

Stretch variant with a blade shaped like the Large Dyad's PE blade.

Another Stretch variant with a straight spined blade like the Military's.

And yet another Stretch variant with a blade the thickness of the Chaparral's.

Kiwi 4 with a bolster and scales handle like the original Kiwi's.

You're talking about the Mantra right?

I agree about the Chap. It would be nice to have some more similar options to that pocket perfection.

I would like the Spyderco Military blade and handle made in an frn lock back design with 4 way clip. They could also do a liner-less H1 salt version of this.

The main one has already been named, the Shaman.
Some other ones I will like to see eventually are the Minuteman and possibly the smaller version of the K2.

I would also like a blade with the handle of a Chinook, with a compression lock and a blade more like the K2 in M4. :)

Military & Para 2.

I want a Paramilitary 2 the size and weight of the Military. That would be the perfect EDC knife for me.

If I could go one step further, I'd like a FFG H1 variant of this knife for the summer months. One can dream :D

I would like to see the SE "alligator" blade from the Dyad Jr. in the Bradley Air handle. Or a larger Dyad SE blade in a Catcherman handle. H1 would be sweet!
