I have been searching for Spyderco Delica Foliage Green G10 for a while. Any tips or suggestions on where to find?

Sadly, you'll probably only get one of these by prying it out of its owner's cold dead hand... kinda like Super blue Calys or almost any other desirable and discontinued Spyderco.

But seriously, ebay or the exchange on BF are your best bets, just be patient and expect to pay handsomely for it when you do find one.

OTOH the Dragonfly G10 is still available :D

Awa54 nailed it. No waffling when you see one, you just have to pull the trigger. Expect to be in the $200 range.

If it's just a G10 Delica you're looking for, you do have some other options:

1. You could wait for the blue G10 version that's been promised, although steel selection has been holding it up and there is no real timeline.
2. You could buy a custom G10 scale set for a FRN version.

Good luck!

Yeah one will turn up if you're dedicated. I got one a little over a year ago...I seen an Endura G10 pop up for sale on another forum and grabbed it a great deal. The owner was only an hour form me so we did a face-to-face deal. I liked it so much I decided to look for the Delica version when I got home. I looked that night and within an hour found one in stock at one of the online dealers (I just checked their site though-no more now...) :(

Good luck. I wouldn't mind one of those myself.

This was the one Delica I wanted most. I was too slow in pulling the trigger because of other things that cropped up. I wish I had gotten one. The pop up from time to time but command a premium. It would be cheaper to get a regular Delica and get Steve Sketchen to make some scales for you, or one of the other makers. If you do not want to change the scales out yourself, they will do it for you.

Thanks for the input guys. I will grab a blue g10 one for sure, but still want to get my hands on the foliage green. I have one of the Allan Putman black g10 scales on a vg10 version, along having the with hap40, superblue, zdp 189, and Emerson wave.

I'm pretty sure MSRP was $164.95 when they came out in 2008. Street prices back then could probably hit as low as the $90-95 range (though direct from Spyderco would have been full MSRP).

I would love to get one of these too, but they are hard to come by. One was on the exchange a while ago but the price was too high for me.

The pakkawood Delica is a good option too, have you picked one of those up?

Sadly I let mine go while back. As I recall it went to a fellow Spyder lover on the BF for around $125

There's a Delica with Foliage Green G10 and Damascus blade for sale over on the Exchange right now.

Edit: Oops! It's foliage green FRN not G10
