Apparently it's still Cyber Monday at Reds Gear, with $10 off 75, $20 off 150, and $35 off 250. Also free S&H. Here's a few examples which I sadly won't be buying, and assuming I didn't make any typos. I haven't been following all these, so some may not be such great deals:

Tatanka 162.99 - 20 = 142.99
K-2 for 213.99 - 20 =193.99
Slysz Bowie 274.99 - 35 = 239.99
Domino 172.99 - 20 = 152.99
Dice 164.99 -20 = 144.99
Techno 175.99 - 20 = 144.99
Kiwi 4 106.99 -10 = 96.99
Air 127.99 -10 =117.99
Enough Salt 97.99 -10 =87.99
Aqua Salt 100.99 -10 = 90.99
K-390 on hand: Mule Team 17, Police 4 G-10, Endela (burlap micarta), Endela backup, Endura (canvas micarta), Straight Stretch (now blade-swapped with G-10 Stretch), Delica Wharncliffe, Dragonfly Wharncliffe, & Dragonfly Wharncliffe shorty mod
Note to self: Less is more.

I was able to talk my wife into getting me a GB for graduation. I wanted to score one before they were all gone for good and was able to get one for 127.00

As others have pointed out (not sure which thread), Starmate is now at $135 (plus s/h) on MD. Has anyone gotten one recently to know if the quality issues had been resolved? Specifically I'm referring to the rounding of the G10 or the unfinished ricasso area?

A very interesting knife to me (cross of a Millie and a GB), that I'm only interested in at this lower price point, but I am afraid that if the earlier quality issues still exist, I may be disappointed.

There was a recent thread a couple of months ago somewhat discussing this and it showed and talked about a few new examples that were very nice looking.
If I weren't spread so thin right now (just spent $$ on HAP40 and Air) and didn't already have an original Starmate, I'd definitely be getting one of those from massdrop right now. I can only hope they have that offer again.

By the way, sports authority site still has 20% off with "cyberweek" code.
Going back to Caly.

I have two. One is about 2 years old and the other is about 1 month old. Both are superlative examples of a stout, do-it-all knife. I love how rock solid and extremely smooth the Starmate is. It's one of my very favorite Spydercos.

In my opinion, it occupies the same niche as the Umnumzaan. I actually like the Starmate better because it's easier to deploy when the pivot is tightened up and there's no wicked thumb stud to snag my fingernail when I reach into my pocket. I sold one of my Umnums when I bought the second Starmate.
