I just picked up this up. It's in great shape and does not appear to have been sharpened. I've done some research and I believe this to be the second generation; the first had a different blade lock incorporated into the wire pocket clip.
I think these are interesting and hope to find more of them.

I'm sorry to say, but this is not a Q, it is a S. C109 "S" were available in black and silver aluminium handle.

I think there was only one generation of S. Yeah, the previous similar model was the Q with the wire lock.
