The annual release of his Amsterdam Meet pics serve pretty much as a second Christmas for many of us! Cheers, Radioactive :)
What, where? SAK and Spydie combos?!
I love me some SAKs.
On my radar: 110V Military, Police 4 and some sweet Rex 45 Military action.
Newest Spydies: S90v Ti Military, Pacific Salt and a special Kiwi.
Ripps Garage Tech solid copper scales, Titanium backspacer- this now weighs in at 8oz- twice the kerbside weight of the stock PM2
Warhammer 40000 is- basically- Lord Of The Rings on a cocktail of every drug known to man and genuine lunar dust, stuck in a blender with Alien, Mechwarrior, Dune, Starship Troopers, Fahrenheit 451 and Star Wars, bathed in blood, turned up to eleventy billion, set on fire, and catapulted off into space screaming "WAAAGH!" and waving a chainsaw sword- without the happy ending.
Bet something like that with a full SB blade would look epic in a year or two.
Ah, you're heading down the patina route?....Nah. Not for me with this one. :)

Manbug. This started as the G-10/SS bolster model with VG-10 blade. I've made several sets of scales for this. I think the red bone is my favorite. But I made a set out of black G-10 that really looked good with the SS bolsters. But what makes it a freak is I got the SB sprint Manbug and put that blade on this handle. I forgot to mention I had also shaped the Manbug blade spine similar to the Jester. I like the spine like this for placing my index finger for more precision cutting. I didn't put any jimping on the blade because I know it would look terrible.
I got the sprint SB stretch. I was going to make a set of scales for the knife and posted a thread to post pictures of the work in progress. Then a very generous forum member gave me his carbon fiber handle. He had broken the blade at some point and didn't need the handle. On the Manbug my favorite handle is the G-10 handle. But with the Stretch I like the FRN and the CF both. Each has features that make them very different. I like the looks of the CF more but the grip on Spyderco's FRN handles is hard to beat. Anyway, here's my stretch with a SB blade and CF handle.
