I would love this also. Preferably in FRN for obvious reasons. I love giving Spyderco knives as gifts, and this would be a great one. My knife wall is way too dark. Not everything needs to be monochrome. I know this was a stream-of-consciousness post, but hey it's Friday.paladin wrote:Lime Green would be Hi-Vis and consistent with the "Bug" theme
Man Bug in Different Colors?

"We have more metal parts fail than plastic parts. Modern plastics are tough. 'Feeling cheap' may be a false perception and one might need more education. We rarely get a FRN knife back with handle problems and we have millions of them out in daily use. " --Sal Glesser

Re: Man Bug in Different Colors?
I really like my grey g10 manbug but I think any other offerings in g10 would be accepted. That blue looks nice and so does the black. I cant even think of what color id truly request as I think any color on that knife would be awesome!
But if I had to pick.....possibly a dark blue g10 would be nice. Almost like the old frn dark blue stretch handle. Sort of a midnight blue g10 would be very unique.
Edit- saw some had suggested navy blue +1 on that

Re: Man Bug in Different Colors?
Does anyone think we will have different colored Man Bugs.
Orange
Yellow
Toxic Green
Royal Blue
I would buy two of each the second they come off the line and hit the market.

One can dream right?!? :) :D Not so big on the yellow or toxic green though (sacrilege, I know), but I'd buy a blue/dark blue or orange Manbug in a heartbeat!chloe wrote:Does anyone think we will have different colored Man Bugs.

Moon glow sounds interesting, orange and blue can't miss either.
Re: Man Bug in Different Colors?
We really need some more Manbug colors! I just picked one up today, and I love it so far. But now my girlfriend wants one, because "it's so cute". :) She really wants a blue one, so I think we need some more colors! :)

Re: Man Bug in Different Colors?
Well, as long as we are dreaming, how about a version with LC200N steel (like in the Tusk). It should have FRN scales, or pure G10.
For the current G10 (my favorite) I would love to see very dark blue or very dark brown (almost black).

I would definatly buy one in every kind of green spyderco would offer. :) No need for a special steel in my eyes. Tis little bugs work like horses just the way they are. :)

Re: Man Bug in Different Colors?
Smooth carbon fibre without the bolsters would be good. Hope the burnt orange manbug isn't too far away!
Re: Man Bug in Different Colors?
I'm fine with just other colors of FRN. I don't need fancy steel or Carbon fiber or G10. I just want blue or orange. :)

Re: Man Bug in Different Colors?
I'd like more colors in FRN really. G10 would be nice but I'd rather see options in a more affordable package.
