K2 handle wrap

K2 handle wrap
Hard corners on the lockbar relief and the cutout near the pivot were bothering me so i decided to try something different. Tried it quite a bit higher at first but the blade stock got too thick and caused severe friction when opening and closing, flicking open became impossible.
With only 4 wraps around the handle near the closed tip i got relief from one corner and no issues with friction. As a bonus i think it breaks up the large slab of plain titanium with a splash of OD green!

Looking good! Something to remember when I'll inevitably get one in the future :D

An eagle has talons.
We, have Spyderco.

Nice touch! I'll bet it gives you a bit more purchase on your grip too.

The titanium is really smooth so it definitely helps with that.
