Welcome:
No, you do not have a problem. Your knife purchases seem pefectly normal to me. (although your wife or girl friend may not completly agree) Enjoy.

I might point out that you're on a forum on the Spyderco website.

You most certainly don't have a problem...at least from our point of view.

In the past two weeks, I've traded for or bought a Starmate, Karambit, Lil' Temperance TP and a Ronin. Problem? On the contrary I think I should be congratulated for my self control. There are so many I don't have...yet.

Perfectly normal. I have been buying one a week for a while now. I am trying to put the brakes on it. Unless they bring out a new wonder steel I may get a grip soon.

speeder, welcome here!

I don't see a problem. You're just starting. <img src="wink.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0>

There are about 140 different Spyderco models with (I guess) close to a thousand variations on steel/handle material/color/clips etc.

Cheers,
Ted

Welcome to the Forum speeder <img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0>

It ain't a problem, all of them are in different makes, handle colours, edges and steels afterall. You have not even got backup spares yet, man! <img src="tongue.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0>

I think you are actually being a little too conservative<img src="wink.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0> This last week I picked up:
"The Spyderco Story" book
25th ann. Delica
G-10 police
Blue FRN Delica
Blue Matriarch
Red Snap-it
Red-Black Endura
Spydercard
Blue Spyderhawk
Of course a couple were presents, and the rest were because the DVD player I planned on buying is running into technicle problems.

I just had a relapse and ordered the Military. I fought it but I just had to have it.
