Who else here is dissapointed that the jani-song is not available in the us? I am an avid flipper of the balisong, and i have been interested in the design for years. I understand the laws, but i would have expected them to make it in golden.

What exactly makes it illegal for manufacture or import into the US?

They are making it overseas and it is ilegal to import balisongs into the us.

I belive I heard that they will make some in Golden Eventually and then it can be sold in the USA.

I've seen a site offering them here in Europe from May for about $335 :eek:
