Beautiful knife! I love the grey g10 and the patina’d steel combo on the 3 and 3.5
The patina you get on Superblue is awsome. Below with it's big brother on which i removed some small chips this evening. Love these 2!

Tristan, have you tried a Chief? It's got a lot in common with the full sized Calypso.
May you find peace in this life and the next.

Basically what I meant : the biggest difference between the native chief and the Calypso that I enjoy most is the thumb ramp on the Calypso. I think a thumb ramp well fits on a pocket edc knife, it just gives me a tighter and more controlled grip having that ramp to push my thumb against. feels nice for finer cuts and really doesn’t get in the way for different harder use type of grips like a choked up gorilla grip you might use for cutting wood. I also love the way it looks. The smooth transition on the finger choil and thumb ramp when the knife is closed makes it a very balanced and attractive looking design to my eye.

I'm happiest with Micarta and Tool Steel.

Top four in rotation: K390 + GCM PM2, ZCarta Shaman, Crucarta PM2, K390 + GCM Straight Spine Stretch.

I'm going to stay away from your homestead! That Manbug looks ferocious.

These 5 designs im set for life when it comes to edc folders! They’re not all my ideal versions that have been made of each model but they still serve me exceptionally, will have to wait and see about the new Caly 4 and how it stacks up to the og calypso for me.

If you're in the market for a micro light I'd suggest looking at the nitecore tip 2 as well. Way brighter and much higher quality construction. I broke my last tube after a few weeks of casual EDC while my tip 2 is going strong for years.

700+ lumens vs 55, metal vs thin plastic.
May you find peace in this life and the next.
