Feels like just yesterday you couldn't read a thread where someone wasn't raving about Cruwear. Now, only the occasional peep here and there. Pretty weird how quickly this happens!

Image
:winking-tongue I love Cruwear and SPY27 for that matter. But it doesn't seem too popular these days to say you like a steel with only 2+% Vanadium, touches up easily, and can take some abuse at the edge.

One of my favorites

To me perhaps the best no-nonsense-tool-box-work-knife ever, in that exact configuration.

A beast when it comes to pure cutting performance, and should be not too big, not too small for many folks.

Still loving mine, a certainly-never-get-rid-of-piece.
Top three going by pocket-time (update April 25):
- EDC: Endela SE (K390). Endura thin red line ffg combo edge (VG10), Chaparral SE (CTS XHP)
- Mountains/outdoors: Pac.Salt 2 SE (LC200N), Salt 2 SE (LC200N), Endela SE (K390)

Same old knife again today. Had to replace the fan on my Traeger grill (the expired one is seen in the picture).

I must have overlooked the invitation you sent me to join you for dinner, because I do like tacos. That meal (and knife) looks worthy of a trip across the Atlantic.

I’m sorry you didn’t see the invitation in time, Bolster. No worries, you can come any time you want. Door is always open for you my friend ;)

I sometimes wonder if the Pattadese would have sold better and not been discontinued if it was priced like the M390 Spyopera instead of being about $30 more expensive.

That's a great question. Great performing blade with contoured handles. It may just get lost in the shuffle.
