After trout fail and two salt-water jetty fishing fails, we went to a lake this morning that was can't miss.

I brought my Native 5 Magnacut, AND a Siren. I caught seven fish, the most of the three of us. This was the first, and, unfortunately, the largest! Most of these little chinquapins were swallowing the hook completely - never seen anything like it from fish this small.

Beautiful scales and nice haul of figs…still waiting on mine to ripen although I’m pretty sure the birds are beating me to the punch…nothing like fig preserves, heck I eat em’ right off the tree
