I've misplaced my wharnie DF2 somewhere, so my backup will see me through the final leg of this workweek.
I'm quite sure the DF2 will turn up somewhere eventually, so I'm not too worried. And with backups like this, capability isn't impacted at all. It's a welcome change more than anything.

If you ever want to trade for the Chinese tools that are sold at the big box stores here in No. America, you just let me know. I notice your calipers are graduated by inch along the top, but what’s that weird alien scale along the bottom? (Just kidding!!)
Thanks. I tend to loose my tools before I’m even close to wear them out, so even though I enjoy the liberty to order whatever tools I want for work, I don’t go overboard with my acquisitions. This is my office kit, so with pretty low risk of loosing them I lean towards higher quality for this use. There’s even some Wera and Wurth tools in there. The Germans do indeed know their hand tools.

Wera makes good stuff indeed. My torx drivers for knife maintenance (and more) are from Wera and of high quality.
