That’s my kinda lunch! A native salt is next on the list for me. Can’t decide PE/SE, I love how the SE cuts but I could never figure out how to sharpen itSaltyCaribbeanDfly wrote: ↑Wed Jul 12, 2023 5:12 am

This exact knife (Stretch 1 in HAP 40) is what I´d have called my personal best EDC folder on the face of planet earth for quite a long time (though always rivaled by some Endura)
Nowadays I just prefer SE, but the Stretch 1 (both in HAP 40 and VG10, and if I had one most likely also in ZDP) will forever be among my top three folding knives (I actually have a heavily used and sharpened VG10 Stretch 1 that I got on the secondary market, on which some pre-owner must have done a blade swap since it features the cool British racing green scales of the ZDP variant)
Still: I´ll have to carry my HAP 40 Stretch 1 more often again!

Top three going by pocket-time (update April 25):
- EDC: Endela SE (K390). Endura thin red line ffg combo edge (VG10), Chaparral SE (CTS XHP)
- Mountains/outdoors: Pac.Salt 2 SE (LC200N), Salt 2 SE (LC200N), Endela SE (K390)
- EDC: Endela SE (K390). Endura thin red line ffg combo edge (VG10), Chaparral SE (CTS XHP)
- Mountains/outdoors: Pac.Salt 2 SE (LC200N), Salt 2 SE (LC200N), Endela SE (K390)

Agreed Wartstein! It’s hard to kick from the pocket….it somehow found its way back there today. Paired with the ladybug for going into the office later
