Yes! But I'm honestly just aesthetically driven here... love this burnt orange FRN lately and also like the 'Jumper' family, so unavoidable desire for them to meet in one product as a result :)kennethsime wrote: ↑Wed May 10, 2023 10:09 amSo you want an immortal cardboard slayer?![]()

Thinking about which finish to go with for the Lynch clip. Satin? Polish? Blackwash? Hmmm…![]()
Doesn't matter, as long as it is not deep carry...![]()

I’m a deep carry convert through + through, but just took the Lynch clip off my S35VN Tenacious last night. The clip isn’t long enough, and turns the knife into a pocket shredder, so I hadn’t carried it for months. Have to make some time to get this puppy on a Sharpmaker, it still has some large chips missing.
We’ll see how long I go before I decide the proud carry is another reason not to carry this knife.
I'm happiest with Micarta and Tool Steel.

Thanks Salty! The Centofante is a great knife and probably a bit underrated these days. It seems like it gets overshadowed by many other models but its still a really great knife. Awesome value too.SaltyCaribbeanDfly wrote: ↑Wed May 10, 2023 8:29 amIncredible pics Nick!!! I’d love to pick up a Centofante 4 someday but they’re few and far between.

Oops, I meant to say Centofante 4. I really love the wharncliffe blade! But of course, same story for those on evilbay, prices are typically astronomical.SaltyCaribbeanDfly wrote: ↑Wed May 10, 2023 7:44 pmOh I see now…looked it up and it’s a Centofante 3…then looked up the original on Evilbay and man it’s highMushroom wrote: ↑Wed May 10, 2023 7:13 pmThanks Salty! Coincidentally enough I recently had an opportunity to buy a Centofante 1 for short money but unfortunately it was badly abused and I didn't feel like doing the work to restore it. I considered buying it just to have it in the collection but the condition was so bad I felt it wasn't even worth buying for that.
Re: What Spyderco is in your pocket today??
I thought Sal said the Centofante 4 would be making a return. I'm sure I read it here someplace. I really want this to happen too.
Re: What Spyderco is in your pocket today??
he did. i'm looking forward to that one, but i'm pretty pleased with the delica wharncliffe i just picked up for now.
