I also like the SE version. But I’m playing around with this one, solely using a cheap smith diamond rod to touch it up whenever it needs to cut better. Kinda like steeling a kitchen knife…

i've been going back and forth on which delica wharncliffe i want. the salt 2 would be number one on that list if they were compatible with the signet ring. i'll probably end up with one anyway though.
