None :( I lost my Chicago today... I didn't really liked the knife at first, but now that I've lost it I miss it a lot. R.I.P.

An enviable trio of knives... I'm assuming the Manix2 is the foliage green XHP. Is its foliage green pretty much the same as the Dragonfly's, or is it a little darker or greener?

The snow was powdery down here too, I think moreso than any I've seen before in Ala. I'm sure the Eskimos have a word for that :D
K-390 on hand: Mule Team 17, Police 4 G-10, Endela (burlap micarta), Endela backup, Endura (canvas micarta), Straight Stretch (now blade-swapped with G-10 Stretch), Delica Wharncliffe, Dragonfly Wharncliffe, & Dragonfly Wharncliffe shorty mod
Note to self: Less is more.

I'm sure the eskimos do. I just realized this entire trio is discontinued. Yes, the Manix 2 is the Foliage. All of these knives were previously loved and I found secondhand..... just as good as if I had put the first scratch on myself. A new (used) White Dragonfly arrived today as well so that was also added into my shirt pocket.

In a way that's encouraging because I've wanted to take the leap and buy a used sprint or exclusive two or three times on fleabay and always chickened out. For example there's a foliage green D2 millie up for sale now. I think I've seen it there before because the pattern of rust spots on the blade (not mentioned by the seller) looks familiar. It looks like it's been around the block a couple of times. The seller accepts no returns.

I'm just gonna have to learn how to shop on the exchange forums. When I go the Blade exchange forum, it seems like there's never anything interesting that hasn't already been sold.

It's like a pack of hungry wolves over there from time to time. Many times in my experience, only the guys up really late find the best deals. I have been lucky a few times, but mostly on the secondhand, used, loved stuff. NIB items tend to go fast and in a disc. items they can go really high on the price scale. I have picked up more than my fair share from the bay both before I joined the BF and even since. I couldn't pass on a jigged bone Kiwi that obviously was heavily used and beat up on. After receiving the Kiwi today as well as a White Dragonfly I went to work, cleaning, polishing, buffing and sharpening. I am happy to say that it is not perfect, but it is officially perfectly mine. If I were you, I wouldn't hesitate to give a used model a new home with new life. Just my $.02

These two. I've never really liked metal handled knives, but was swayed a little after getting a Techno. This Delica was a Christmas present, and I must say it's grown on me quite a lot. The screws protrude very slightly so it sits as high on its side as a Chaparral, but is actually slightly thinner. The handles are definitely lighter in colour than on the Techno (Beanblasted vs. Stonewash finish likely accounts for this, and it could be a different titanium alloy).

Nice picture, I was very tempted to buy that delica, but the delica doesn't fit my hand very well unfortunately

I held it once at Target Knives a month or so before Christmas, so if you held it when you looked at it you've held this very knife.

Sounds like it's been a pretty rewarding thing overall for you. (I think Dragonfly collecting can be addictive :p ) Also the times I've bid for other stuff (photo and electronics) it has sometimes been a thrill. I just might give it a try.

Once I get the bug, I'll probably be doing that. :)

They're a little high, but they're flexible on prices to some degree, especially if you're a repeat customer. I wouldn't have bought my Techno if I hadn't had a chance to hold it...it's one of my favourites and I'm very happy with the result of paying a few extra dollars. With our dollar's recent loss relative to the US dollar the gap is further narrowed, albeit by a slim margin.

I'm running both ends of the size spectrum. Orange Military in the left pocket, carbon fiber Balance in the right.
