You're right it's a custom Large PPT. Knife made by french knifemaker Sacha Thiel who did turn the Perrin drawing into an actual knife. This model, the Large one is one of 3 ever made ;)

Wow! Mr. Thiel really worked his magic with that sketch. And for that I am forever grateful because it is my favorite knife design of all time.

I'm always impressed when you post your customs, it's very impressive work.
