That is a beautiful knife, good for you. I don't dare show that to my wife, or it's going to cost me.Paul Ardbeg wrote: ↑Thu Oct 31, 2024 10:30 amNot in the pocket, but got a new Gyuto today. Very well made knife in Super Aogami steel.

Paul, that looks gorgeous. I like the handle and tang being similar widths, no tokyo gap, etc. Looks very comfortable to use. Aogami Super is a really nice steel for knives like that too.
my 110 hasn't left my belt since I bought it

The budget version of the Ivy designed by Ostap Hel & manufactured by Bestech. It's a 14C28N & G10 linerlock version of the significantly more expensive original framelock, which was in S35VN & anodized, intricately-machined titanium. Haven't had it for long, but it's quite decent for what it is.

big bro baby bro

The Buck 425 was my first Buck, long before I got a 110. Super nostalgic having one again! Few knives at any price would make me as happy to toss back into my pocket due to the memories. Picked this one up for $12.

Gun show today, this is only the 2nd non-Spyderco I own along with my ZT 0562.
Several firsts for me here, my first PRO+TECH, my first (somewhat) Strider, and my first MagnaCut. I have to say, after looking it over and trying to find something wrong, this little fella is absolutely perfect in every way!

Thanks! Hatsukokoro Inazuma. Hatsukokoro has multiple lines in many price points and the quality is very consistent over the range, can recommend! This one is handmade with Aogami super steel in a San Main wrap/damast.benben wrote: ↑Sat Nov 02, 2024 8:44 pmThat’s beautiful, who is the maker?Paul Ardbeg wrote: ↑Thu Oct 31, 2024 10:30 amNot in the pocket, but got a new Gyuto today.
