I did the same last night when I saw a Byrd Tern for just 22 quid but no payment from my bank, nor did I get confirmation email. I looked on their privacy policy page to get company info. Both the address and phone number are for Screwfix. I called the number and a Screwfix agent told me they're in no way affiliated and to stay away, plus they are now concerned and will investigate.
Now I'm worried whether my bank account is compromised since I gave my card details plus CVC no.
What happened when you ordered from them?

Welcome to our forum. I would suggest that you contact your bank and explain the situation to them. They will probably suggest that you replace your card.
