Help identifying old ATS-55 Police

Hello everyone!
It's my first post, long-time lurker here. I stumbled upon an ad in our local ad service - some guy sells an old ("lying doing nuthing for 10 years and in great condition!") ATS-55 Police. He was quite direct, sent additional pictures when I asked and I still can't surely tell if it's a genuine or not. Can someone please check these photos out, maybe you'll see something I didn't.
