What is this??

A friend of mine came across this recently. Looks fake to me but I thought I'd check here. What do you think? Is it even based on any legitimate Spyderco design?

There never has been a Digi-camo version of Karahawk in fact, only the all-steel and the new black G10 handle ones. Nice instincts.

Although not always true, G10 handle with weird or at least unconventional colors (blue, orange, Digi-camo, etc.) is usually a red flag for fakes, especially when the seller claiming it to be unmodded. When in doubt, always consult "Exclusives" and "Archived Products" page on Spyderco site, as well as Spydiewiki.

For $15 it might be worth it but not much more.

Interestingly re Camo (and other colours), with the way people Cerakote things and water dip items (I do some gunstocks),
I'm surprised their aren't more different things out there.

A friend of mine Cerakote's and he's doing lots of knives in batches for various people.
